Neil ‘Rex’ Motton

Born and raised in regional Victoria, Rex has been involved in the mining and mineral exploration business since 1986, and has been a director of various mining and exploration companies since 1988. Rex is in charge of project generation and exploration. Through parent company Flitegold Pty Ltd, as well as via Currawong Resources Pty Ltd, he has explored a number of projects throughout Victoria, including Ararat, Avoca, Bailieston, Howqua, Moliagul, and Scarsdale.
As a consultant, he has worked in a number of states and territories throughout Australia, as well as South America, Central America and Asia with a primary focus on gold mineralisation, but has also worked in base metals such as Porphyry Copper deposits, VMS Copper Lead Zinc, Mississippi Valley Type lead zinc & Nickel laterite.
Charles C. Hethey

Charles Hethey is a securities lawyer in British Columbia and New York with over 10 years experience. Mr. Hethey represents a number of U.S. and Canadian listed entities on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and U.S. OTC markets. In particular, Mr. Hethey’s clients are active in a broad range of industries including mineral resources, oil and gas, industrial, green energy and technology.
Mr. Hethey has significant experience in U.S. and Canadian corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance matters. Mr. Hethey was a director of New Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: ENRG), a mineral exploration company with exploration projects in Quebec and Chile, and a director of Skyledger Tech Corp. (CSE: SKYL), a Bitcoin miner.
Liza Gazis

Liza Gazis is a Victorian resources consultant with over 30 years of experience and specific expertise in GIS (Geological Information System) software and tenement management. Ms Gazis has previously held corporate assignments with organisations including Pasminco, Gold Mines of Australia, Geological Survey of Victoria, BHP Petroleum, and Victorian Mines Department. She has also had long-standing involvement with the Fosterville Gold Mine since 1990.
